If your order is a subscription, it does not require an upfront bottle deposit. In this case, bottles must be left out for pickup on your scheduled delivery day each week. If bottles are not returned, a $3 bottle deposit may be added to a future delivery (for each bottle not returned).
For one-time orders that have a bottle deposit, leave bottles out on a future delivery day or drop them off to us to receive instant store credit (the fastest option). Prefer a refund instead? Text, email, or let us know in person.
